A Destination Wedding in Rishikesh | Aditi + Rijul, Westin Himalyas

Aditi and Rijul’s love story is as unique and enchanting as their destination wedding venue, the Westin Rishikesh Resort and Spa. Both doctors (yes, doctors really do always marry doctors!), they first met socially, but their connection sparked when Aditi discovered Rijul beatboxing at a restaurant. Their incredible chemistry, with Aditi always ready for a laugh, is beautifully captured in their wedding film titled “Love and Laughter.” Warm and caring families brought everything together seamlessly, creating a perfect wedding. Their destination wedding in Rishikesh was set against the serene backdrop of the Westin Resort, their celebration was a blend of love, laughter, and beautiful moments. Kicking things off

The festivities started with a small “welcome dinner” – which was specially lively because the master of ceremonies was Aditi’s sister and brother-in-law. Games included medical pictionary (hmm try drawing “Costochondritis“) and dance offs. A lot of fun and laughter was had for everyone that evening!

The Sangeet

Sangeets are always fun – add the crazy energy everyone brought to this evening, it was something else altogether!

The Chooda and Haldi

Bright and early the next morning, it was time to switch gears. The chooda ceremony is always fun to be a part of, and Aditi’s was no different. We started the day with a quick portrait, and then it was on to business.

Wedding

After all the fun and games of the morning, it was time to get married. With some lovely golden sunlight coming in, Aditi got ready just in time before the sunset.
