Deepakshi and Deepak didn’t want a big fat wedding. What they did want was a two-day celebration filled with love, laughter, and all their favourite people in one place. This Jim Corbett wedding was tucked away in the middle of the forest and was all heart.
Everything about these two is effortless—how they make each other laugh, how they slip into a rhythm without needing cues, and how deeply they value their people. And their wedding reflected just that: fun over formality, real moments over poses, and joy in every direction you looked.

The Jim Corbett Wedding celebrations kicked off in the heart of the jungle with exactly the kind of energy Deepakshi and Deepak had envisioned—laidback, laughter-filled, and deeply personal. Set against the serene backdrop of Jim Corbett, Day 1 was all about bringing everyone together in the most fun, fuss-free way possible.
The morning began with music, masti, and their golden retriever stealing the spotlight (and some hearts) as the unofficial mascot of the festivities. Soon after, Team Bride and Team Groom geared up for an epic showdown on the cricket field—complete with matching T-shirts, cheer squads, and moments that were part sport, part pure chaos.
From dhols and dancing to tug-of-war and flying tennis balls, it was the kind of start that set the tone for the two days ahead—joyful, relaxed, and full of heart.

The day 2 of this Jim Corbett Wedding dawned with sunshine, laughter, and a whole lot of yellow. Deepakshi and Deepak walked into their Haldi ceremony arm in arm, full of smiles and colour-coordinated charm. Their beloved golden retriever, who was practically the third lead in this wedding story, was dressed for the occasion and made quite the entrance.
The chooda and kaleera ceremony was intimate and deeply emotional—with friends crowding around Deepakshi, tying kaleeras, squealing with joy, and showering her with hugs (and maybe a few happy tears). The backdrop was bursting with vibrant colours and warm sunlight—but the real sparkle came from the energy in the air.
Then came the haldi—and with it, total mayhem. What began with gentle dabs of turmeric quickly escalated into an all-out, full-contact sport. The groom was hoisted and hurled into the pool by his friends, the bride followed shortly after (with her kaleeras still on!), and the dog barked approvingly through it all. No one was safe, everyone was soaked, and we wouldn’t have had it any other way.

After two joy-filled days of absolute madness, it was finally time for the main event — and what a dreamy sunset wedding it turned out to be.
Deepak looked dapper in blush and ivory, while Deepakshi looked ethereal in soft pastels and golden details that shimmered as the evening light hit her. Against the backdrop of Jim Corbett’s lush hills, the mandap was the perfect setting for their modern-meets-traditional wedding ceremony.
But what truly stole hearts was the couple’s golden retriever — proudly dressed in his sherwani and playing ring bearer, guest greeter, and emotional support all in one. From being part of the portraits to walking alongside the bride and joining the varmala squad, he was a full-fledged member of the wedding party.
The varmala was everything you’d expect from Deepakshi and Deepak — full of laughter, rose petals, surprise lifts, and a whole lot of personality.

As the sun set over Corbett and the mountains stood witness, Deepakshi and Deepak began the most beautiful chapter of their story — surrounded by laughter, love, and one very adorable four-legged best friend.
